1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: company name, contact details, visit records, notes, photos, and invoice data entered into the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide the FieldSentry service — including generating invoices, tracking field visits, and syncing with QuickBooks Online.

3. QuickBooks Integration

When you connect QuickBooks Online, we store OAuth tokens to enable invoice creation on your behalf. We access only the accounting scope required to create invoices and manage customers. We do not read or store your full QuickBooks data.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secured AWS infrastructure. Photos are stored in a protected directory. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., Intuit for QB integration).

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies only for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls.
