Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FieldSentry ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

FieldSentry is a field service management platform for MSP businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FieldSentry. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. QuickBooks Integration

FieldSentry integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize FieldSentry to create and manage invoices on your behalf.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

FieldSentry is provided "as is." In no event shall FieldSentry or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
